Matthew Mandell
Coordinator III for The Center for Peace and Conflict Studies
Matthew “Matty” Mandell is a passionate conflict resolution and restorative justice practitioner with five years of facilitation experience. Working with communities around the globe and at almost every level of society, Matty has helped hundreds of people develop and hone their conflict resolution skills to advance key social justice movements. Through these experiences, Matty learned that anyone can be a passionate peacebuilder if given the opportunity. As such, Matty has dedicated their practice to making peace education as accessible as possible. Recently returning to their home state of Texas, they are excited to utilize the skills and knowledge they have gained to support their community. Outside of work, Matty is a loving dog-parent, film lover, and growing bouldering fanatic.
