Biography
I’m Michelle Guillen, a seasoned designer with over 20 years of experience in design and marketing, ranging from corporate giants like Whole Foods Market and Amazon to smaller solopreneurs and non-profits. My journey in the design world has led me to a deep passion for creating user-centric experiences, no matter the scale. I thrive on building compelling and thoughtful interactions that resonate with users, believing that every interaction counts and that the user should always be at the core of the experience. I bring to the table a wealth of skills, from visual design to robust UX capabilities, and I’m known for my supportive and effective ideas, strategies, and design solutions. Having navigated the transition from a small grocery chain to a multibillion-dollar industry, I have a unique perspective on scaling processes and leading cross-team collaborations in the design process. Outside of design, I’m an avid learner, a world explorer, fluent in Italian, and a recycled material artist, always seeking new horizons and inspirations.
