As Hatha Yoga gains in popularity and appears in gyms and studios around the U.S., yoga teachers are pushed to include spirituality in their classes or face the charge that they are “watering down” yoga. On the other hand, when they include spirituality, they can be criticized as charlatans. Join us as Ellen Stansell, Ph.D. and panelists Karlie Lemos, Kewal Hausmann, and Ana Pilar Cruz discuss the difficulties in identifying spiritual teachers and the ethics of including spiritual instruction in a yoga class. Q&A will follow the panel presentation
