Teaching Philosophy

To help students recognize the on-going conversation of Western Philosophy (of which they are a part) and question/recognize its influence on our cultural ideals. To introduce students to how ethics are a part of their lives each day and how to evaluate contemporary issues through the lens of primary moral theories as well as question what may have been ignored in the current conversation.
