Teaching Philosophy

I try to keep my classes lively and enjoyable for everyone in the room. My classes are pretty old school in nature (read lecture), but I encourage everyone to participate as much as possible and begin each day with a homework driven discussion period to help motivate students to join in the philosophical discussion. Philosophy ought to be one of those class you remember for the rest of your life and I go out of my way to make sure that happens!
