Teaching Philosophy

Like all art forms, I believe teaching takes presence, adaptability, curiosity, and skill. I am a life-long learner, and often fascinated by something new I’ve learned. I aim to energize my students to explore ideas and test new skills, and to get comfortable with failure as a part of the process of learning. I am always learning about new technologies and approaches, and continuously update my approach to reflect real-world needs and practices.
