\nWhy are the Liberal Arts so important for community college students?<\/p>\n

A Liberal Arts education is one founded in basic mastery of the arts, humanities, mathematics, social and behavioral sciences, and the natural sciences. In this panel, Sam Echevarria-Cruz, Dean of Liberal Arts Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Department Chairs from across the Liberal Arts disciplines at ACC will discuss the importance of Liberal Arts Education in the Community College for the 21st century.<\/p>\n

After addressing opening questions, the Panelists will be taking questions from the audience and will be invited to respond to each other’s comments and questions.<\/p>\n
