These extremes can bring out the best in us, yet stress all too often brings out the worst. In this talk, you’ll learn about coping with conflict now and in the future. What do people—including romantic partners– tend to argue about? Can you solve all your differences? Why do happy couples have more conflict than those who are struggling? What does healthy conflict look like? And how can you turn your inevitable conflicts in almost any relationship into emotional closeness rather than distance? In this talk, the author of the Love Factually books, Dr. Duana Welch, will present a science-based perspective on all these topics and more.

We understand that conflict in relationships and in the home can be especially fraught or exacerbated during the pandemic.
